2. Business profiles in City of Madeira Newsletter
The City of Madeira sends out a Madeira News Letter five times during a year and allows the Madeira Chamber of Commerce to run advertisement for individual businesses on two pages. This is a free marketing that the City provides for Chamber members.
You provide a picture file that is .5M or less in a pdf file and is 100 words or less. All stories must be about your business and how it can impact Madeira residents. This is on a first come first serve basis. For advertisement we request that an article is no larger than a business card to allow for a maximum number of businesses.
3. Business listed on the Madeira Chamber of Commerce web-site
Your business will be listed on our web site with the name of your company, owner or contact name, address, City, telephone number, the service you provide and your web-site - all as listed on your membership application.
4. Chamber business meetings
Chamber meetings are held at City Hall in the Council Chamber on the second Wednesday of each month (subject to availability). We have a light lunch and a chance to network with other Chamber members. We have officer and committee reports on key items relative to the operation of the chamber.

5. Leads Exchange Luncheons
A separate meeting for Madeira Chamber of Commerce businesses to host a networking event at various locations on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. This event provides an opportunity to meet, greet, and trade business and marketing ideas.

6. Lunch-n-Learn programs
A separate meeting in which businesses are invited to participate in learning programs that will allow them to understand and take advantage of alternate concepts for running their businesses more profitably. Past programs for 2009 have included: 1)“How to get started with SCORE, 2)“Building your personal energy for your life and your business”, 3)“How to significantly improve your profits with small changes” and 4)“How to effectively build your business with referral marketing”.

8. Cooperative advertising for businesses located in Madeira
The Marketing Committee and Chamber officers put together a promotional and event based program for Madeira businesses. Support comes form the City of Madeira, Madeira City Schools and business owners. The Madeira business district community is unique to the Cincinnati area and has many amenities to offer to the residents of Madeira. The task at hand for the Madeira Chamber of Commerce is to be able to communicate information about the great businesses to the residents of Madeira, as well as bring in new customers to show them how great it is to shop and live in Madeira.
