Organize a monthly networking event for chamber members and guests. To be the “Host presenter” the participating businesses must be a member of the Madeira Chamber of Commerce. The Host presenters will be selected by a drawing of business cards from willing Chamber Members. |

Publicity

Oversees both internal & external communication for the Madeira Chamber of Commerce. Internal communications includes producing the monthly meeting notices, membership directory and any other periodic information that needs to reach our membership. External communication includes all outside publicity and press relations and news letter insert for the City letter. |

On going: At each event promote “MADEira FOR … FUN, DINING, STYLE and MORE” as a brand, promote the Chamber with continued newspaper articles in local newspaper and support the Madeira Schools and local fund raiser events. |

Continue to offer and expand on benefits programs to Madeira Chamber of Commerce members. |

4. Identify community activities where the Madeira Chamber of Commerce can play a supportive role |
Announce that the Madeira Chamber will be playing a supportive role only in community events, including the Art Fair, Street Dance, and Light up Madeira. |
